Capet

This catalogue is credited with bringing back from oblivion this disciple of Adélaïde Labille-Guiard; it remains the book of reference for this painter. A much sought after artist during the Consulate and the Empire, Gabrielle CAPET (1761-1818) left a gallery of lively portraits of her contemporaries.
